CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-453 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF CORPORATION GRANT DEED FROM <br />VORELCO OF CALIFORNIA, INC. FOR PUBLIC SERVICE <br />EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a CorDoration Grant Deed <br />from Vorelco of California, Inc. to the City of <br />Pleasanton for public service easement for maintenace <br />of proposed utilities in Parcel Map 3707; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 23, 1982, the City <br />Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br />acceptance of this deed is in the Dublic interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Corporation Grant Deed from Vorelco of <br /> California, Inc. to the City of Pleasanton for <br /> a public service easement in Parcel Map 3707, a <br /> copy of which deed is attached hereto, is hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ROBE T <br />~George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> D. ac ona , i y Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
