15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />Permittee shall perform and con~lete the necessary land leveling work to restore <br />Premises to its pre-existing condition acceptable to the General Manager and Chief <br />Engineer of San Francisco Water Department and suitable for agricultural row crop <br />usage. <br /> <br />Permittee shall be granted vehicular access from Bernal Avenue to Prem~ises over <br />existing ranch road located on adjacent lands of Water Department. Permittee <br />shall repair at its sole cost and expense any damage to Water Department roads' <br />caused by Permittee. <br /> <br />Permittee shall be liable for the adequate protection of pipline and its appurten- <br />ances located on Premises. <br /> <br />To prevent damage to City's underground pipeline, Permittee's use of vehicles and <br />constroction equipment within 20 feet of City's pipeline shall be subject to the <br />following restrictions: <br /> <br />a. The cover over the tops of City's pipelines rm3st be at <br /> least 3 feet. <br /> <br />The "axle loading" Of vehicles and construction e~uiFgent <br />n~3st not exceed that allowed under "AASHO Standard H-10 <br />Loading". H-10 loading is defined as loading caused by a <br />two ~xte truck with a g~ss weight of ten tons (20,000 lbs.) , <br />axles 14 feet apart, and rear axle carrying 8 tons (16,000 <br />lbs.). It is Pemnittee's responsibility to provide substantia- <br />tion that his equipment meets this requirement. <br /> <br />c. The use of vibrating cc~m~action equipment will not be allowed. <br /> <br />Permittee acknowledges that City has leased adjoining lands of Premises to other <br />party for irrigated agricultural purposes, and agrees to confine Permittee's <br />grading and leveling operations to Premises. <br /> <br />Permittee shall pay in advance to the Thief Accountant, San Francisco Water Depart- <br />ment, 425 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA. 94101, a FOnthly permit fee of $500.00 <br />per r~Dnth, commencing retroactively to April 13, 1982 (said date bein~ the effective <br />lease conn~ncejnent date of adjacent lands, leased for agricultural purposes) . <br /> <br />See Exhibit "A" entitled "Addendure to all City and County of San Francisco Contracts", <br />attached hereto and by this reference made a pair hereof. <br /> <br />P-3940-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
