CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-447 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR NEW <br />CITY TELEPHONE SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZING CALLING <br />FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Assistant to the City Manager, by his report <br />dated November 2, 1982, advised the City Council <br />that specifications had been completed for a new <br />telephone system for city offices and that said <br />specifications have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 9, 1982, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Assistant to the City <br />Manager relating to this project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASe]TON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the specifications for the new telephone <br /> system for city offices. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoDtion. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 9, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Mercer <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, ~{ohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~E.
