CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-443 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLAP~TION FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR FOUR LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL/OFFICE BUILDINGS TOTALLING 54,111 SQ. <br />FT. AND RELATED FACILITIES ON A 3.7 ACRE SITE <br />LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST SIDE OF THE SOUTHERN <br />PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS BETWEEN MOHR AVENUE AND <br />TRENERY DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 9, 1982, the City <br />Council received a proposed negative declaration <br />for developmen~ plan approval for four light <br />industrial/office buildings totalling 54,ill <br />sq. ft. and related facilities on a 3.7 acre site <br />located on the northeast side of the Southern <br />Pacific railroad tracks between ~{ohr Avenue and <br />Trenery Drive; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated October 4, 1982 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential imDacts <br />in accordance with the apDlicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the DroDosed development <br />plan approval would not have any significant <br />adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the develoDment <br /> plan approval for four light industrial/office <br /> buildings totalling 54,111 sq. ft. and related <br /> facilities on a 3.7 acre site located on the northeast <br /> side of the Southern Pacific railroad tracks between <br /> Mohr Avenue and Trenery Drive. <br /> <br /> <br />
