CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-442 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING APPLICATION OF HARRIS REALTY <br />AND MILDRED VALLARINO FOR DEVELOPmeNT PLAN APPROVAL <br />FOR AN 88 UNIT COMPLEX ON AN APPROXIMATELY 4.7 <br />ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD <br />AVENUE OPPOSITE AMADOR COURT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Harris Realty and Mildred Vallarino applied to the <br />City of Pleasanton for Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) development plan approval for an 88 unit <br />multi-family complex on an approximately 4.7 acre <br />site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue <br />opposite Amador Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 13, 1982, the Planning <br />Commission considered case PUD-82-20 and by <br />Resolution No. 2227 approved the application <br />subject to conditions and modifying the plan to an <br />82 unit complex; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council reviewed a staff report dated <br />October 18, 1982 from the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the proposed development plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies the application of Harris Realty and <br /> Mildred Vallarino for development plan approval <br /> for an 88 unit complex on an approximately 4.7 <br /> acre site located on the north side of Vineyard <br /> Avenue opposite Amador Court. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 9, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
