CITY COUNCIL OF TtlE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOrnIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-441 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN 88 UNIT ~JLTI- FAMILY COMPLEX ON AN APPROXIMATELY 4.7 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE OPPOSITE AMADOR COURT WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 9, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for development Plan approval for an 88 unit multi-family complex on an apDroximately 4.7 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 4, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the oDportunity to comment on the environmental imDacts of the ProDosed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reDorts; and ~{EREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD development plan approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the development plan approval for an 88 unit multi-family comDlex on an approximately 4.7 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue oDDosite Amador Court. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 9, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
