CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-475 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LAVWMA TO PROCEED WITH <br />STUDY RELATED TO PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL WASTE- <br />WATER EXPORT CAPACITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the LAVWMA Board plans to discuss a proposed <br />outline of a study related to LAVWMAproviding <br />additional wastewater export capacity; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Manager of Pleasanton received correspondence <br />from LAVWMA requesting direction from each of its <br />three member agencies; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Directs its representatives to the Livermore- <br /> Amador Valley Water Management Agency to indicate <br /> Pleasanton's interest in pursuing additional <br /> wastewater export capacity at this time. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes LAVWMA to complete a study as proposed <br /> in the manager's report. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy <br /> <br />ROBERT~.~B/~UTL~0R <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
