CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-473 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH PRUDENTIAL <br />INSURANCE COMPANY AND CALLAHAN-PENTZ PROPERTIES <br />REGARDING FUNDING IN ADVANCE OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />FOR IMPROVEMENTS ON THE EAST SIDE OF HOPYARD ROAD <br />AT JOHNSON DRIVE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Prudential Insurance <br /> Company and Callahan-Pentz Properties, Pleasanton, <br /> regarding funding in advance of assessment district <br /> formation for improvements on the east side of Hopyard <br /> Road at Johnson Drive, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> ROBERT E. <br /> <br />B D G D t C C1 k <br /> y otis eorge, epu y ity er <br /> <br />BUTLER, MAYOR <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~eter~.
