CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-471 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- <br />LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY <br />AMENDING SECTION 11 (TWO HOUR PARKING ZONES) BY <br />DELETING SUBSECTION lls-6 (PARKING ON SANTA RITA <br />FRONTAGE ROAD) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br />No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic <br />Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 23, 1982, the City <br />Council received and discussed a report dated <br />November 3, 1982 from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities related to the removal of a two hour <br />limitation on parking on Santa Rita Frontage Road; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 to delete subsection lls-6 from Section 11; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br />Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby <br />amended by deleting subsection lls-6 regarding <br />a two hour limitation on parking on Santa Rita <br />Frontage Road from Section 11 (Two Hour Parking <br />Zones). <br /> <br />Section 2: This removal of the two hour parking limitation <br /> on Santa Rita Frontage Road shall be reviewed in <br /> six months only if any parking problems arise <br /> necessitating the renewal of the two hour limit. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES <br /> <br />NOES <br /> <br />Councilmembers <br />Mayor Butler <br />None <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> <br />
