CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-468 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />REZONING TWO PORTIONS OF TWO PARCELS OF LAND <br />LOCATED AT THE NORTHI,~ST CORNER OF JOHNSON DRIVE <br />AND HOPYARD ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 23, 1982, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning <br />two portions of two Darcels of land located at the <br />northwest corner of Johnson Drive and Hopyard Road <br />from the PUD-Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br />District to the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated November 3, 1982 and received the recommendations <br />of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on <br />the proposed environmental assessment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guide- <br />lines governing the Preparation of Negative Declarations <br />and Environmental I~Dact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the <br /> rezoning of the following two portions of two parcels <br /> of land located at the northwest corner of Johnson <br /> Drive and Hopyard Road from the PUD-Industrial/Conmnercial <br /> and Offices District to the C-F (Commercial Freeway) <br /> District: <br /> <br />6,395 sq. ft. of a portion of Pleasanton <br />Business Park located immediately westerly <br />of the site occupied by the Hungry Hunter <br />Restaurant. <br /> <br />10,146 sq. ft. of a portion of Pleasanton <br />Business Park located immediately north <br />and west of the site occupied by Denny's <br />Restaurant. <br /> <br /> <br />
