CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-468 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING TWO PORTIONS OF TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHI,~ST CORNER OF JOHNSON DRIVE AND HOPYARD ROAD WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 23, 1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning two portions of two Darcels of land located at the northwest corner of Johnson Drive and Hopyard Road from the PUD-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District to the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated November 3, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guide- lines governing the Preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental I~Dact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the rezoning of the following two portions of two parcels of land located at the northwest corner of Johnson Drive and Hopyard Road from the PUD-Industrial/Conmnercial and Offices District to the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District: 6,395 sq. ft. of a portion of Pleasanton Business Park located immediately westerly of the site occupied by the Hungry Hunter Restaurant. 10,146 sq. ft. of a portion of Pleasanton Business Park located immediately north and west of the site occupied by Denny's Restaurant.
