CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-467 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED MASTER PLAN AND <br />PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PHASE IV. OF THE <br />PLEASANTON SPORTS AND RECREATION PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a preliminary design and detailed cost estimate <br />has been prepared for the development of the front <br />twenty acres of Pleasanton Sports and Recreation <br />Park, Phase IV; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 23, 19~82, <br />Council reviewed the proposed plans, <br />costs and alternatives available; <br /> <br />the City <br />estimated <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Revised Master Plan and Preliminary <br /> Development Plan for Phase IV, Pleasanton Sports <br /> and Recreation Park, Alternative A (Master Plan), <br /> and Alternative C (first phase development plans) <br /> with the addition of "C-I" (provision of public <br /> restrooms). <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Amends the Capital Improvement Budget for 1982- <br />83 by adding the sum of $82,398.00 necessary for <br />the completion of the above project as amended. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~a~m Walk ~ BUTLER, MAYOR <br />es R. er, City ~l~e~rk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />PeCe~l"D.
