CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFO~]IA RESOLUTION NO. 82-466 PZSOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE REVISED MASTER PLAN AND PRELIMINARY DEVELOP- MENT PLAN FOR PHASE IV, PLEASANTON SPORTS AND RECREATION PARK WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 23, 1982, the City Council received a Droposed negative declaration for the revised master plan and Preliminary development plan for Phase IV, Pleasanton SDorts and Recreation Park; and WHEREAS , the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 25, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed Revised Master Plan and preliminary development plan for Phase IV, Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed Revised Master Plan and Preliminary Development Plan for Phase IV, Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park, approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the Revised Master Plan and Preliminary Development Plan for Phase IV, Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 23, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
