CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-464 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR-LOT <br />RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION OF APPROXIMATELY 4.35 ACRES <br />OF LAND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL ROAD <br />ADJACENT ON THE SOUTH TO 5050 FOOTHILL ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 23, 1982, the City <br />Council received a proposed mitigated negative <br />declaration for development approval for a four- <br />lot residential subdivision of approximately 4.35 <br />acres of land located on the west side of Foothill <br />Road adjacent on the south to 5050 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated September 14, 1982 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the oDportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br />Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Initial Study prepared by the City staff <br />indicated that there may be significant impacts <br />upon the environment, but that conditions of <br />approval would render these potential impacts <br />insignificant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that based upon the review <br />of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- <br />mentary evidence presented at the public hearing <br />that there may be significant impacts on the <br />environment, but that conditions listed in Section <br />1 below as mitigations render these potential <br />impacts insignificant; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
