CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-464 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR-LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION OF APPROXIMATELY 4.35 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL ROAD ADJACENT ON THE SOUTH TO 5050 FOOTHILL ROAD WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 23, 1982, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for development approval for a four- lot residential subdivision of approximately 4.35 acres of land located on the west side of Foothill Road adjacent on the south to 5050 Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 14, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the oDportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- mentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there may be significant impacts on the environment, but that conditions listed in Section 1 below as mitigations render these potential impacts insignificant; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
