CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-490 CONCEPTUAL APPROVAL OF NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PLAN LINES FOR ROADWAY AND FREEWAY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the North Pleasanton Improvement District provides for the construction of improvements necessary to mitigate traffic impacts occurring as a result of development within the proposed District; and WHEREAS the City of Pleasanton has entered into a contract with Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. to provide consulting engineering services in connection with the preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, and distribution of costs; and WHEREAS on December 8, 1982, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the proposed plan lines for improvements and to make its recommendations to the City Council; and WHEREAS on December 13, 1982, the City Council held a public hearing to consider the report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities and the recommendations of the Planning CoPmission; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the plan lines for the following so that the Engineer may proceed with final of these projects: improvements design Stoneridge Drive Plan A (no widening required except between Stoneridge Mall Road and 1-680). As more particularly described in Section 1 of the Staff Report to the Planning Commission dated December 8, 1982. West Las Positas Boulevard Plan B, as described in Section 2 of the Staff Report to the Planning Commission of December 8, 1982. Santa Rita Road as described in Section 3 of the Staff Report to the Planning Commission dated December 8, 1982.
