CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 82-488 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING FOR APPROXIMATELY 58 ACRES LOCATED NORTHEAST OF OAKLAND AVENUE AND MOHR AVENUE TO ALLOW PHASED MIXED DEVELOPmeNT WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 13,1982, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for PUD zoning for approximately 58 acres located northeast of Oakland Avenue and Mohr Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 19, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS , the City Council finds that the proposed PUD zoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the PUD zoning for approximately 58 acres located northeast of Oakland Avenue and Mohr Avenue which shall be developed in phases, the specific zoning for which is more particularly described in Ordinance No. 1064. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
