CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82-482 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 1982 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,639,154.60 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of December 13, 1982, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of November, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEAS~TON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 039311-039686, <br /> 005, and 133-135 dated from November 5 to November <br /> 1982, in the total amount of $1,639,154.60 are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated November 30, 1982, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 13, 1982 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> OBER . <br /> <br /> es R.
