CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-010 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br />(ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br />STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 9 ESTABLISHING A <br />20-MINUTE PARKING STALL AT ROSE AND PETERS <br />AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution <br /> Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 15, 2000, the City Council received and discussed a staff <br />report (SR 00:041) from the Director of Public Works related to establishing a <br />20-minute parking stall on the south side of Rose Avenue from 40 feet east of <br />Peters Avenue to 60 feet east of Peters Avenue directly in front of 272 Rose <br />Avenue (Main Auto Parts); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add <br /> subsection 9r. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City <br />Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection 9r to read as follows: <br /> <br />"9r <br /> <br />Rose Avenue, on the south side of Rose Avenue from 40 feet east of Peters <br />Avenue to 60 feet east of Peters Avenue directly in front of 272 Rose <br />Avenue." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
