CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALamEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-549 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL STONERIDGE FIRE STATION SITE (PUD-81-22-1D) WHEREAS the City of Pleasanton has applied for design approval for an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. fire station on a parcel approximately 155 ft by 241 ft located opposite the first driveway north of Stoneridge Drive on Stoneridge Mall Road; and WHEREAS a Negative Declaration was prepared for the development plan of the 91 acre Stoneson property (PUD-81-22) which included the proposed fire station, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS at its meeting of November 28, 1983, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed fire station plans and recommended approval; and WHEREAS a public hearing was held on December 6, 1983 and testimony taken concerning the Proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-22 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD 81-22 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of the City of Pleasanton for design approval of an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. fire station on a parcel approximately 155 ft. by 241 ft. located opposite the first driveway north of Stoneridge Drive on Stoneridge Mall Road, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediateiv upon its passage and adoption.
