CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALamEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-549 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL <br />STONERIDGE FIRE STATION SITE (PUD-81-22-1D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has applied for design approval <br />for an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. fire station on <br />a parcel approximately 155 ft by 241 ft located <br />opposite the first driveway north of Stoneridge Drive <br />on Stoneridge Mall Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />a Negative Declaration was prepared for the development <br />plan of the 91 acre Stoneson property (PUD-81-22) <br />which included the proposed fire station, and there <br />are no changed circumstances or new information <br />requiring additional environmental review; therefore, <br />this application does not constitute a new project <br />under CEQA and no new environmental documents <br />accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 28, 1983, the Planning <br />Commission reviewed the proposed fire station plans <br />and recommended approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on December 6, 1983 and <br />testimony taken concerning the Proposed project <br />including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br />with PUD-81-22 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the project is <br />consistent with PUD 81-22 as well as the City's <br />General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of the City of Pleasanton <br /> for design approval of an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. <br /> fire station on a parcel approximately 155 ft. by 241 <br /> ft. located opposite the first driveway north of <br /> Stoneridge Drive on Stoneridge Mall Road, subject to <br /> the conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediateiv <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
