CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-535 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN <br />AND ACCEPT DEVELOPER COMMITMENT LETTERS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton (the "City") is undertaking a Home <br /> Mortgage Finance Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is the intent of the City to apply for an allocation of <br />qualified mortgage bonds from the State of California not <br />to exceed $39,000,000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is required that developers interested in participating <br />in the qualified mortgage bond program commit projects and <br />funds prior to that allocation. <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Manager of the <br /> City of Pleasanton is hereby authorized to sign on behalf <br /> of the City of Pleasanton and accept developer commitment <br /> letters. <br /> <br />Section 1. This resolution will take effect immediately upon its <br /> passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 2. This Resolution was introduced and read at the regular <br /> meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br /> the 6th day of December 1983. <br /> <br />Section 3.
