CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-527 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PRECISE ALIGNMENT OF PIMLICO <br />DRIVE BETWEEN SANTA RITA ROAD AND BROCKTON DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 130 1983, Council approved PUD-80-15-1D, <br /> Kindercare Facility on Pimlico Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Condition 5 of the approval states that no building <br />permit shall be issued until realignment of Pimlico <br />Drive has been precisely established; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, precise alignment has been determined with the <br /> recordation of Parcel Map 4137; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council hereby approves the alignment of Pimlico <br /> Drive between Santa Rita Road and Brockton Drive <br /> as shown as Parcel 4 on recorded Parcel MaD 4137, <br /> as indicated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 6, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~E~,~y~~OR <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ROBERT <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APpROVED AS TO FOKM: <br /> <br /> ~cDona~'~ , <br /> <br /> <br />
