CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-526 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 3 (STOP INTERSECTIONS) BY ADDING SUBSECTIONS 3c-2 and 3c-3 I.ItlEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolu- tion No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and l~EREAS, at its meeting of December 6, 1983, the City Council received and discussed a report dated November 29, 1983 from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to the need for stop signs at two intersections on Calle Reynoso; and IRtEREAS, it was determined to be necessary No. 76-79 to add subsections 3c-2 3 (Stop Intersections); to amend Resolution and 3c-3 to Section NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by addin~ subsections 3c-2 and 3c-3 to Section 3 (Stop Intersections) as follows: "3c-2 Calle Reynoso, at Hansen Drive; stoDDing traffic on Calle Reynoso in both directions. 3c-3 Calle Reynoso, at Paseo Santa Cruz; stopping traffic on Calle Reynoso in both directions." Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
