CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFnRNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-522 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION WAIVING GROWTH ~IANAGE~NT FEES AND <br />LOWER INCOME HOUSING FUND FEES FOR 25% OF THE <br />UNITS IN VALLEY PLAZA VILLAGES II <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />John Ferreri has asked the Council to waive the <br />Growth Management Fees and Lower Income Housing <br />Fees for the Valley Plaza ViiiaRes II Droject on <br />Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 22, 1983, the City Council <br />considered the report of the City ~{ana~er regarding <br />various alternatives for this project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section l(b) of Exhibit A to Resolution No. 82~66 <br /> is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />" <br /> In <br />to meet <br /> <br /> Other Requirements of Exempt Projects. <br />order to develop, exempt projects are required <br />the following requirements: <br /> <br /> (i) $525 per dwelling unit fee to the <br />CaDital Improvement Fund. <br /> <br /> (ii) $400 per dwelling unit fee to the <br />Lower-Income Housing Fund. <br /> <br />Dwelling units actually designated as low-income units <br />pursuant to subsection (a)(iii) shall not be subject to <br />the above fees, but the remaining (market rate) units <br />in low-income exempt projects shall remain subject to <br />the specified fees." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption and shall apDly to <br /> existing low-income exempt projects including Valley <br /> Plaza Villages II (Resolution 83-482) and the Shelter <br /> Capital project (Resolution 83-394). <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 22, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
