DAVIDSD~'I, CounbJ Recorder <br /> <br /> THIS LONG-TED{ AGP~E~NT is made and entered into on <br />the 24th day of August, 1982, by and between MORRISON HO~S <br />(hereinafter referred to'as "Developer") and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred <br />to as "City"). The Developer and City agree as set forth <br />below. <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> · I~EREAS, Developer is the o~er of real property in the <br />City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit A, attached to ~his <br />agreement and made a part of it by reference, which consists <br />generally of 66 acres located between Santa Rita Road and the <br /> <br /> railroad tracks i~nediately north of Valley <br /> <br />Southern Pacific <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br /> V~IEP~AS, <br /> <br /> Developer is'seeking growth management approval <br />for the Project under the City's Growth Management Program; <br />and <br /> <br /> I~tEREAS, City may enter long-term agreements with . <br />project developers meeting the requirements for such agreements <br />pursuant to Ordinance No. 1023 (Growth Management Program) <br />and the implementing procedures contained in Resolution No. <br />82-66; and <br /> <br /> I~IEREAS, City and Developer wish to enter into a long- <br />term agreement in order to achieve the benefits of'the <br /> <br />Project to City and its residents while maintaining conformity <br />with the City's General Plan growth policies; <br /> <br />SEP 15 1982 <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
