CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~qIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-518 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LONG-TEF~ AGREEMENT WITH <br />MORRISON HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has adopted a Growth Management <br />Program contained in Chapter 13 of Title II of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />I~HEREAS, <br /> <br />procedures and guidelines for the implementation of <br />the Growth Management Program were adopted by <br />Resolution No. 82-66; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Resolution No. 82-66 established the priority Dosition <br />for selection of applicants for long-term agreements <br />to projects with legal sewer capacity rights based <br />upon the City's legal obligations as created by the <br />courts; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ITON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The projects selected for the long-term agreements <br />are those projects which have applied for long-term <br />agreements and which have legal rights in sewer <br />capacity in accordance with Resolution No. 82-66. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2: The Mayor is authorized on behalf of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to execute the attached Long-Term Agreement <br /> with Morrison Homes. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br /> The Council finds that the current inventory of <br />long-term agreements approved and number of units <br />approved, including past approvals, is as follows: <br /> <br /> Beyond <br />1982 1983 1984 1985 1986 1985 Res.
