CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOP~qIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-518 RESOLUTION APPROVING LONG-TEF~ AGREEMENT WITH MORRISON HOMES WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has adopted a Growth Management Program contained in Chapter 13 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton; and I~HEREAS, procedures and guidelines for the implementation of the Growth Management Program were adopted by Resolution No. 82-66; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 82-66 established the priority Dosition for selection of applicants for long-term agreements to projects with legal sewer capacity rights based upon the City's legal obligations as created by the courts; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ITON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The projects selected for the long-term agreements are those projects which have applied for long-term agreements and which have legal rights in sewer capacity in accordance with Resolution No. 82-66. Section 2: The Mayor is authorized on behalf of the City of Pleasanton to execute the attached Long-Term Agreement with Morrison Homes. Section 3: The Council finds that the current inventory of long-term agreements approved and number of units approved, including past approvals, is as follows: Beyond 1982 1983 1984 1985 1986 1985 Res.
