CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-515 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FRO~{ TRACOR MBA <br />FOR PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT <br /> <br />VYHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Corporation Grant of <br />Easement from Tracor MBA to the City of Pleasanton <br />for a SloPe easement alon~ the ProPosed Pimlico <br />Drive and a public service easement alone Brockton <br />Drive (Parcel Map 4137), a copy of which deed is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 22, 1983, the City <br />Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br />acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, TttEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The Corporation Grant of Easement from Tracor MBA <br />to the City of Pleasanton for slope easement and public <br />service easement is hereby acceDted and the aDpropriate <br />City officers are instructed to take whatever <br />action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 22, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ~ ~~' <br />BE~E.
