CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 83-512 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, 1983 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,034,482.40 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of November 22, 1983, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of October, 1983; and <br /> <br />~PHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and DroDer expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, TItEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Claims represented by Checks Nos. 044023 to 44422 <br />dated from October 7, 1983 to October 27, 1983, in <br />the total amount of $9,034,482.4~ are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated October 31, 1983, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 22, 1983 BY Tt~ FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, ~ohr, Wood and <br /> Butler <br /> <br />ATTEST: ROB~ E.
