Residential growth in Pleasanton is <br />regulated as an air quality mitigation measure, <br />and is consistent with the Bay Area Air Quality <br />Management Plan, substantially lessening the <br />effect. Compliance with oxidant standards is <br />projected in the near future. <br /> <br />Fact. The General Plan policies of growth <br />management limit growth in compliance with air <br />quality requirements for sewer expansion <br />grants. The Air Quality Management Plan is <br />based on this growth rate for Pleasanton and <br />other Tri-Valley communities served by the same <br />facilities. <br /> <br />e.3 The Air Quality Management Plan projects com- <br /> pliance with oxidant standards by 1987. <br /> <br />IV.
