CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-492 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF CALIFORNIA <br />CASUALTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on October 4, 1983, the City of Pleasanton received <br />a claim filed on behalf of California Casualty as <br />subrogation for damages paid to their insured <br />Kathleen Jacobson in the sum of $2,746.78; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 8, 1983, the City Council <br />reviewed the claim and determined that it should be <br />denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim presented on October 4, 1983 on behalf <br /> of California Casualty in the'sum of $2,746.78 is <br /> hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 8, 1983 By THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ROBERT E.
