CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-490 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REFERING DESIGN PLANS FOR FIRE STATION <br />#2 TO DESIGN P. EVIE~ BOARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />due to development in the north Pleasanton area, <br />it has become necessary to relocate and expand the <br />fire station facility known as Fire Station #2; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />on September 14, 1983 a site was selected for the <br />new fire station and on June 14, 1983 the Council <br />selected Jack Bras and Associates to prepare <br />architectural plans for the new station; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 8, 1983, Council reviewed <br />the proposed plans for the new facility; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council hereby refers the design plans <br /> to the Design Review Board for review and aDDroval <br /> as appropriate prior to resubmission to the City <br /> Council for final approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 8, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />P,.' ald~ Clerk <br /> ~y Doris GWeorge, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> le on 7, city ttor e <br /> <br /> <br />
