CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-488 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING HIGHWAY EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC TP~MSPORTATION COMPANY FOR <br />STREET WORK AT SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council approves the Highway Easement <br />Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and <br />Southern Pacific Transportation Company to allow <br />street work at Santa Rita Road, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the City Attorney to take the steps <br /> necessary to finalize this transaction. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective irmmediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 8, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />- Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST _,OBESE.
