LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />A 10 foot wide Public Service Easement, the centerline of which is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of Parcel 1 as s~own on Parcel <br />Map 3178 recorded on the 19th day of February, 1980 in Book 116 of Parcel <br />Maps at Page 32; thence South 65°43'27'' West 39.50 feet from said point of <br />beginning to the terminus of said easement. <br /> <br />Excluding from the above any portion of said easement falling within an <br />existing 25 foot ingress egress and PUE. <br /> <br /> <br />
