CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-486 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM SUPER 8 <br />ECONOMY LODGING IV, LTD. FOR 0N-SITE WATER LINE <br />MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />~{EREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant of Easement <br />from Super 8 Economy Lodging IV, Ltd. to the City <br />of Pleasanton for maintenance of an on-site water <br />line; and <br /> <br />I,.~{EREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of November 8, 19g3, the City <br />Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br />acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The Grant of Easement from Super 8 Economy Lodging <br />IV, Ltd. to the City of Pleasanton for maintenance <br />of an on-site water line is hereby accepted and <br />the appropriate City officers are instructed to <br />take whatever action necessary to implement said <br />acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 8, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br /> AYES Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~TEST: ~ ROBE TLER, MAYOR <br /> <br />APJ~ROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D. ~icDo~al~,~ty torney <br /> <br /> <br />
