CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-485 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, PARCEL MAP <br />3178 (HOPYARD ASSOCIATES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Parcel Map 3178, Hopyard Associates, has been <br />completed and a maintenance bond has been posted; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />November 2, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in <br /> Parcel Map 3178, Hopyard Associates, are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 8, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, }{ohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />P~ter~. ~acDonald, City~ttorney <br /> <br /> <br />
