CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-480 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLAP~TION FOR REZONING APPROXIMATELY 21 ACRES LOCATED NORTH AND SOUTH OF ~ST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD I~ST OF ITS INTERSECTION WITH STONERIDGE DRIVE FROM "L-I" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO "I-P" (INDUSTRIAL PARK) DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 25, 1983, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the rezoning of approximately 21 acres located north and south of West Las Positas Boulevard west of its intersection with Stoneridge Drive from the "L-I" (Light Industrial) to the "I-P" (Industrial Park) District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 4, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning approximately 21 acres located north and south of West Las Positas Boulevard west of its intersection with Stoneridge Drive from the "L-I" (Light Industrial) to the "I-P" (Industrial Park) District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
