EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12o <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plans, Exhibits A, <br />and C, on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />B <br /> <br />That a final landscape plan be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />That the colors of the buildings be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance-of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />Article 16 (off-street parking facilities) of the Zoning <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />That the development shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Code. <br /> <br />That the project shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Security Code and the developer shall provide <br />plans as specified by the Crime Prevention Bureau of the <br />Pleasanton Police Department. <br /> <br />That the haul route for all materials to and from <br />this development be approved by the City Engineer <br />prior to the start of any construction. <br /> <br />That the developer submit a refundable cash bond for <br />hazard control prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />The amount of this bond will be determined by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />That a sanitary sewer sampling manhole be provided on the <br />sanitary sewer lateral unless otherwise waived by the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br />requirements of the cross connections control and <br />backflow prevention device programs required by the <br />California Administrative Code, Title 17. <br /> <br />That approval for the number, type and location of fire <br />hydrants be withheld pending final design review by the <br />Fire Marshal ahd final review by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />That prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer <br />pay the applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and <br />water meter cost for any water meters (irrigation meters) <br />not directly related to a building permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
