CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-479 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CENTER <br />PARK ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL FOR <br />THREE BUILDINGS IN THE MEYER BUSINESS PARK NORTH <br />AND WEST OF FRANKLIN DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />Center Park Associates has applied for design approval <br />for three industrial/research and development buildings <br />proposed for three separate sites totalling 5.87 acres <br />located on the west and north sides of Franklin Drive <br />in the Meyer Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a mitigated negative declaration was prepared for <br />the PUD on the subject property (PUD-80-16) including <br />the typical architectural and site designs for <br />individual lots, and there are no changed circum- <br />stances or new information requiring additional <br />environmental review; therefore, this application <br />does not constitute a new project under CEQA and <br />no new environmental documents accompany this <br />application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on October 25, 1983 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br />including its design and consistency with PUD-80-16 <br />and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the project is <br />consistent with PUD-80-16 as well as the City's <br />General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Center Park Associates <br /> for design approval for three industrial/research <br /> and development buildings proposed for three separate <br /> sites totalling 5.87 acres located on the west and <br /> north sides of Franklin Drive in the Meyer Business <br /> Park (Case PUD-80-16-2D), subject to the conditions <br /> listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
