CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-474 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />WITH METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION <br />RE PHASE II OF PLEASANTON/DUBLIN TRANSIT STUDY <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The City Council approves the amendment to the <br /> agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the <br /> Metropolitan Transportation Commission regarding <br /> Phase II of the Pleasanton/Dublin Transit Study, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />ATTEST: ROBER.~~BUTL/ER, MAYOR <br /> <br />j~PROVED AS TO FORM:~ <br />MacDonald, ~' Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
