CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-469 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DE~ING THE CLAIM OF CALIFORNIA <br />STATE AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />V~IEREAS, <br /> <br />on August 15, 1983, the City of Pleasanton received <br />a claim filed on behalf of California State Automobile <br />Association for funds paid to one of its insureds <br />in the sum of $2,380.80; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on October 25, 1983, the City Council reviewed the claim <br />and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The claim presented on August 15, 1983 on behalf of <br />the California State Automobile Association in the <br />sum of $2,380.80 is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ROBERT E.~UTL~ER, ~~ <br /> <br /> D C <br />By Doris George, eputy ity Clerk <br /> <br />'e~r~/~.
