CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-462 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM HANK COMPANY FOR <br />SANTA RITA ROAD AND OLD S~]TA RITA ROAD I~ROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from The <br />Hank Company to the City of Pleasanton for rights-of- <br />way for improvements to Santa Rita Road and Old Santa <br />Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 25, 19~3, the City <br />Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br />acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The Grant Deed from The Hank Company to the <br />City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference, for <br />rights-of-way for improvements to Santa Rita Road and <br />Old Santa Rita Road, is hereby accepted and the <br />appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br />whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 25, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br /> Mayor <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Butler <br /> <br />By Doris George', Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
