CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-461 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, FOR TP~CT <br />5075, MUIRWOOD ESTATES, UNIT 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tract 5075, Muirwood Estates, Unit 2, has been <br />completed and a maintenance bond has been posted; <br />and <br /> <br />~PHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />October 19, 1983 (SR 83:454); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 5075, Muirwood Estates, Unit 2, are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />E.
