CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-007 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION FOR <br />MICHAEL H. ROUSH AS CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Michael H. Roush was appointed City Attomey of the City of Pleasanton on <br />September 26, 1988 with compensation and benefits established in Resolution No. <br />88-476; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the salary and benefits for the City Attomey were most recently established by the <br />adoption of Resolution No. 99-007 and Resolution No. 99-112 (approving the <br />Management Performance Compensation Plan); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in order to amend the City Attorney's <br /> compensation resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The annual salary for the City Attomey is adjusted to $130,791 effective <br />September 1, 1999. <br /> <br />Section 2: Eighty hours of administrative leave is provided annually. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />The percentage of premium paid by the City for medical insurance upon retirement <br />from the City shall be as provided in the Management Performance Compensation <br />Plan and as if the City Attorney had 25 years of service. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />All other terms and conditions of employment as identified in Resolution No. <br />88-476 and Resolution 99-112 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br />
