CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-460 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, FOR TRACT 4781, <br /> MUIRWOOD ESTATES, UNIT 1 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for <br /> Tract 4781, Muirwood Estates, Unit 1, has been <br /> completed and a maintenance bond has been posted; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br /> October 19, 1983 (SR 83:453); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 4781, Muirwood Estates, Unit 1, are accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> er D.
