CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-458 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4914, TIFFANY LANE, VE~ILLION DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 4914, Tiffany Lane, Vermillion Development <br />Corporation, have been submitted and checked by <br />the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />I,~EREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of October 25, <br />1983; <br /> <br />NOW~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br />for Tract 4914, Tiffany Lane, Vermillion Development, <br />are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br />City officers are instructed to take whatever <br />action necessary to implement said apDroval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br /> execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4914, <br /> Tiffany Lane, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ROBER~.~B~TLE~,~Y~OR <br /> <br />B D G D <br /> y oris eorge, eputy City Clerk <br /> <br />A ROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> o~nald, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
