CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-452 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AND RELATED ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE 1-580/HOPYARD ROAD INTERCHANGE ~EREAS, at its meeting of October 11, 1983, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for roadway improvements and traffic signal installa- tion at the 1-580/Hopyard Road interchange; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 3, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission: and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the apDlicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact ReDorts; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEPIFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for roadway improvements and traffic signal installation at the 1-580/Hopyard Road interchange. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
