CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-451 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FOOTHILL RESERVOIR SITE IMPROVEMENT WORK WHEREAS, one of the most needed improvements to the City's water system is the proposed Foothill Reservoir, to be located in the hills near Stoneridge Drive and Foothill Boulevard; and WHEREAS, Camp, Dresser & McKee, Inc. prepared a report for the preliminary type and sizing of the Foothill Reservoir and Council approved the conceptual design for an 8 million gallon reservoir on June 22, 1983; and WHEP~AS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report dated October 6, 1983, advised the City Council that plans and specifications had been completed for the proposed Reservoir and that said plans had been reviewed by staff; and I~HEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on October 11, 1983; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 11, 1983 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this project is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the Foothill Reservoir site improvement work, subject to the following conditions: The final design for the project shall provide adequate provisions for dust and erosion controls during construction. That construction activities be limited to daytime hours only, during Deriods approved by the City Engineer.
