CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-450 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLA- RATION FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FOOTHILL RESERVOIR SITE IMPROVEMENT ~DRK ~HEREAS, at its meeting of October 11, 1983, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for plans and specifications for the Foothill Reservoir Site improvement work; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated October 6, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and I,~EREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opDortunitV to comment on the environmental impacts of the ProPosed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the Dreparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and ~EREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- mentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there may be significant impacts on the environment, but that conditions listed in Section 1 below as mitigations render these potential impacts insignificant; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for plans and specifications for the Foothill Reservoir site improvement work, subject to mitigating condition number 3 as set forth in Resolution No. 83-451.
