That the developer install street trees as required per ordinance. That any damage to street improvements now existing or done during construction on the subject property be repaired at fu].l expense to the developer. That the project shall meet all requirements of thu Pleasanton Security Code and the deve].oper shall provide plans as specified by the Crime Prevention Bureau of the Pleasanton Police Department. That if required by the Police Department, the buildings shall be equipped with alarm systems, the types to be approved by the Pol~c~: Department and th=~t these syi~tems shall be installed prior to final building inspection. 25. That the site be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection and that the Fire Department emergency number be provided adjacent to all telephones on the site. 26. That the following water conserving plumbing fixtures be installed: a) low flush water closets; b) shower flow control heads; c) aerators in interior faucets; and d) insulation of hot water lines. 29. That the applicant be aware that design review approval lapses within one year unless a building permit is issued and construction has commenced and diligently pursued toward completion or an extension has been requested from the City. That the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton does not guarantee the availability of sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development by the approval of this case, and that the developer agrees and acknowledges that building permit approval may be withheld if sewer capacity is found by the City not to be ~vailab]e. That all buildings and/or structures must comply with all codes and ordinances in effect at the time required permits are issued by the Building Division. That the location of any pad mounted transformers shall be subject to approval by the Planning Division prior to issuance of a building permit. Generally speaking such traDsformers shall not be located between any street and the front of a building.
