That the developer install street trees as required <br />per ordinance. <br /> <br />That any damage to street improvements now existing or <br />done during construction on the subject property be <br />repaired at fu].l expense to the developer. <br /> <br />That the project shall meet all requirements of thu <br />Pleasanton Security Code and the deve].oper shall provide <br />plans as specified by the Crime Prevention Bureau of the <br />Pleasanton Police Department. <br /> <br />That if required by the Police Department, the buildings <br />shall be equipped with alarm systems, the types to be <br />approved by the Pol~c~: Department and th=~t these syi~tems <br />shall be installed prior to final building inspection. <br /> <br />25. That the site be kept free of fire hazards from the <br /> start of construction to final inspection and that the <br /> Fire Department emergency number be provided adjacent <br /> to all telephones on the site. <br /> <br />26. That the following water conserving plumbing fixtures <br /> be installed: a) low flush water closets; b) shower <br /> flow control heads; c) aerators in interior faucets; <br /> and d) insulation of hot water lines. <br /> <br />29. <br /> <br />That the applicant be aware that design review approval <br />lapses within one year unless a building permit is <br />issued and construction has commenced and diligently <br />pursued toward completion or an extension has been <br />requested from the City. <br /> <br />That the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton <br />does not guarantee the availability of sufficient sewer <br />capacity to serve this development by the approval of <br />this case, and that the developer agrees and acknowledges <br />that building permit approval may be withheld if sewer <br />capacity is found by the City not to be ~vailab]e. <br /> <br />That all buildings and/or structures must comply with all <br />codes and ordinances in effect at the time required permits <br />are issued by the Building Division. <br /> <br />That the location of any pad mounted transformers shall <br />be subject to approval by the Planning Division prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. Generally speaking such <br />traDsformers shall not be located between any street and <br />the front of a building. <br /> <br /> <br />
