EXHIBIT "A" That the development be substantially as site plan, elevations and landscape plan, on file with the Planning Division. shown on the Exhibit A, That a final landscape plan be subn~itted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. That the colors of the buildings be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. That the development shall meet all requirements of Article 16 (off-street parking facilities) of the Zoning Code of the City of Pleasanton. That the developer and prospective owner/lessee shall be aware that there is a pending application for PUD zoning and development plan approval (PUD-81-30) which includes the subject property. If approved, all terms and conditions of case PUD-81-30 shall apply to the subject property. That approval of Z-83-192 is subject to all conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 approving Parcel Map 3858. That the development shall meet all requirements of the pleasanton Fire Code. That the permitted and conditionally permitted uses of the subject property shall be those of the I-P (Industrial Park) District. That no materials, supplies or equipment including company owned or operated trucks and motor vehicles shall be stored in any area on the site except inside or behind a solid visual barrier which screens such areas from surrounding properties and public streets. Each barrier shall be at least 6 ft. in height. That the street numbers of the buildings be ~sted so ~s to be easily seen from the street at all times, day and night. Street numbers shall be clearly displayed on all rear doors when a building has more than one tenant.
