EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plan, <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />shown on the <br />Exhibit A, <br /> <br />That a final landscape plan be subn~itted to the Planning <br />Division for approval prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />That the colors of the buildings be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br /> <br />That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />Article 16 (off-street parking facilities) of the <br />Zoning Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />That the developer and prospective owner/lessee shall <br />be aware that there is a pending application for PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval (PUD-81-30) which <br />includes the subject property. If approved, all terms <br />and conditions of case PUD-81-30 shall apply to the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />That approval of Z-83-192 is subject to all conditions <br />of approval of case MS-82-13 approving Parcel Map 3858. <br /> <br />That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />the pleasanton Fire Code. <br /> <br />That the permitted and conditionally permitted uses of <br />the subject property shall be those of the I-P (Industrial <br />Park) District. <br /> <br />That no materials, supplies or equipment including <br />company owned or operated trucks and motor vehicles <br />shall be stored in any area on the site except inside <br />or behind a solid visual barrier which screens such <br />areas from surrounding properties and public streets. <br />Each barrier shall be at least 6 ft. in height. <br /> <br />That the street numbers of the buildings be ~sted so <br />~s to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br />and night. Street numbers shall be clearly displayed on all <br />rear doors when a building has more than one tenant. <br /> <br /> <br />
