EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plan, <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />shown on the <br />Exhibit A, <br /> <br />.That a final landscape plan be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for approval prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />That the colors of the buildings be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br /> <br />That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />Article 16 (off-street parking facilities) of the <br />Zoning Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />That the developer and prospective owner/lessee shall <br />be aware that there is a pending application for PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval (PUD-81-30) which <br />includes the subject property.
