I~flEREAS, <br /> <br />WttEREAS <br /> <br />I.IHEREAS <br /> <br />~,~{EREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-443 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLA- <br />RATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AND PUD <br />ZONING FOR A 180 LOT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 38 ACRES LOCATED WEST <br />AND NORTH OF THE EXISTING TERMINUS OF tLANSEN <br />DRIVE JUST EAST OF THE 1-680 RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 11, 1983, the City <br />Council received a proposed mitigated negative <br />declaration for the aDplication of Ponderosa <br />Homes for PUD zoning and development plan approval <br />of a 180 lot residential development project on <br />approximately 38 acres located west and north of <br />the existing terminus of Hansen Drive just east <br />of the 1-680 right-of-way; and <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initia% Study dated September 16, 1983 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated <br />negative declarations and environmental impact <br />reports; and <br /> <br />the Initial Study prepared by the City staff <br />indicated that there may be significant impacts <br />upon the environment, but that conditions of <br />approval would render these potential impacts <br />insignificant; and <br /> <br />the City Council finds that based upon the review <br />of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- <br />mentary evidence presented at the public hearing <br />that there may be significant impacts on the <br />environment, but that conditions listed in Section <br />1 below as mitigations render these potential <br />impacts insignificant; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
